Our Pledgers' Impact in 2020

Pledgers gave over $116 million to not-for-profit organizations serving Silicon Valley in 2020

Pledgers increased their local giving by at least $35 million in 2020.

How the Pledge works.

The Magnify Community Pledge targets high-capacity givers in Silicon Valley.
Philanthropists who sign the pledge make a 3-year commitment regarding their giving to local community-serving nonprofits. They agree to one of the following:

Measurably increase their local giving.

Or proudly sustain their current local giving at a significant dollar or percentage amount.

Percentage of pledgers pledging more than 20% of their philanthropy to local nonprofits

Total increased dollars pledged over three years
