Anquetil
Aude brings over a decade of experience advising individuals, foundations and corporations in their philanthropy, supporting high-performing nonprofits, and forming meaningful partnerships that support organizational growth and social responsibility. She most recently served as the US Managing Director for the Epic Foundation, overseeing fundraising and grantmaking for its US portfolio, supporting disadvantaged youth.
Her expertise includes working with high capacity donors and start-ups starting on their giving journeys, as well as building robust relationships with more established funders to leverage resources, and generate collective impact.
Prior to joining Epic, Aude worked within the nonprofit and social enterprise sectors in the US and Europe across a range of issue areas: supporting undocumented migrants, empowering women in the workplace and providing access to water in the Global South. She is involved in the Advisors in Philanthropy Bay Area Chapter, and holds a Master's Degree in Marketing, and an MBA from France's NEOMA Business School.
Catherine
Crystal Foster
Catherine is an entrepreneurial social sector leader who has worked across disciplines to drive positive change for more than 20 years. Before co-founding Magnify Community, she served as Executive Director of the Westly Foundation, where she expanded grantmaking and the foundation's signature prize for young social innovators. Catherine also served as Executive Director of the Peninsula College Fund, where she scaled the organization into its next stage. Previously, as founder of Policy & Advocacy Consulting, she provided strategy, evaluation, and policy expertise to leading nonprofit and philanthropic organizations, ranging from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to The California Endowment to the Children’s Defense Fund.
Catherine also authored the District of Columbia’s local comprehensive welfare reform legislation, and worked as a public interest lawyer and director of a national children’s policy advocacy program.
She is an advisory board member of the Palo Alto Community Fund, advisor to multiple social sector organizations, and active community volunteer. Catherine earned a BA from Yale University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
Kathy
Jackson
Kathy most recently served as CEO of Second Harvest Food Bank, a $131 million organization that provides more than 1 million meals per week to Silicon Valley residents. In 2014 she was honored as Network Leader of the Year by Feeding America.
Before entering the nonprofit world, Kathy spent 23 years in asset-based leasing and lending as a managing director with Bank of America Leasing and Capital, GATX Capital Corporation, and D'Accord Incorporated.
She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Cilker Orchards Management Corporation, and Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee for CAI International, Inc. (NYSE: CAI).
Kathy has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Stanford University.
Alisa
Tantraphol
Alisa develops high-impact relationships that have inspired individuals, foundations, and corporations to donate over $250 million to nonprofit organizations dedicated to making Silicon Valley a place where everyone can thrive.
Prior to joining Magnify, Alisa was head of philanthropic advisory at wealth management firm Montcalm, where she guided donors on their philanthropic journeys, and was immersed in the world of impact investing.
At Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, Alisa leveraged innovative strategies to increase corporate revenue by 50% in five years before transitioning to working with executives on their personal giving. She later led the development team at the Center for Youth Wellness, elevating to a national audience Dr. Nadine Burke Harris’s work helping children who have experienced trauma, before Dr. Burke Harris became California’s first surgeon general.
Alisa is a professional photographer, singer/songwriter, and yoga instructor. She is an honors graduate of Harvard University and a recipient of the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 Award.
